Neil Gammon, MSc, CPP, MSyl
Managing Director
Neil has been a security professional since 1997. Working predominantly for corporate organisations he is considered an expert in the development and implementation of security strategies.

Neil's passion is people. When he founded Genetix it was created on an ambition to ‘simply make life better’. Using intelligent workflows and technology Neil believes we can create more time and space enabling people to enjoy the great things life has to offer.
​
He holds an MSc in Security & Risk Management from Loughborough University and is an ASIS Certified Protection Professional, in addition to a host of other qualifications.

Neil enjoys spending time in the countryside near his home in the Chilterns.
Michael Hodges, MCGI, CPP, MSyI
Director of Operations
Mike completed a 24-year career with the UK’s Royal Military Police before moving into corporate security in 2008. He has spent the last 12 years working with and advising large organisations such as BMW and Sky.
Known for his expertise in the fields of security management & operations, including Travel Risk Management & Personal Safety, he is passionate about identifying opportunities to improve the way workplaces and in particular security operates in order to simply make life better.

In his spare time Mike enjoys motorsports, travel and DIY. ​
Janice Bryson, MSSc, BSc, CIPD
Director of Investigations & Ethics
Janice has 20 years of investigations experience which has been gained from within both the private and public sectors and has included a number of high profile cases.
Her qualifications include a BSc in Psychology and an MSSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Queens University, Belfast in addition she holds the Accredited Investigator Qualification from Portsmouth University and is also an ACFE Certified Fraud Examiner and holds the CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resource Practice.
Janice has practical experience and a working knowledge of Criminal Law, Employment Law, Data Protection and Investigative Practice.
In her spare time Janice's passion is horse riding with a keen interest in eventing.
